But it is important to understand the condition in Haiti prior to the earthquake. The majority of Haitians have nothing. Survival is really the only thing on their minds. I was there a while back. I took the most ghetto shoes I had and they still were stolen from my feet. The last thing they need is people holding up others at knife point for a pair of old dunks.
